产业转移与航空物流的耦合作用机理及协调度评价——以郑州市为例

Evaluation on the Mechanism and Coordination Degree of Industrial Transfer and Aviation Logistics:A Case Study of Zhengzhou

基于郑州市航空物流与产业转移承接力之间的多重互动关系,文章分别构建了二者的评价指标体系,通过熵值法为各级指标赋予权重,并采用耦合协调度模型分别测算出2004—2018年郑州市航空物流业与产业转移承接力之间的耦合关联度和协调度,同时运用灰色关联度方法分析了郑州市航空物流与产业转移承接力两者之间耦合效应中的关键因素。研究发现:郑州市航空物流业发展与产业转移承接力之间的耦合协调水平自2004年起先后经历了由四种不同的失调状态发展至优质协调的水平,并于2013年逐步进入高水平耦合阶段;产业转移承接力指标中的常住人口、金融机构各项存款余额、人均GDP、第一产业增加值占GDP比重和实际利用外资额是郑州市在承接产业转移过程中影响航空物流业发展的关键因素。

Based on the multi-interaction relationship between Zhengzhou’s aviation logistics and industrial transferring, the article constructs the evaluation index systems by imparting weights on the indicators at all levels through the entropy method, using coupling coordination model to calculate the coupling correlation and coordination between Zhengzhou’s aviation logistics and industrial transfer capacity, and applying the Grey Relation Analysis to analyze the key to the coupling effect. Studies show that the coupling coordination level between Zhengzhou’s aviation logistics and industrial transfer capacity has experienced four imbalanced phrases since2004, and gradually entered high-level coupling in 2013. The key actors impacting aviation logistics in the process of industrial transfer include the number of permanent population, deposit balance in financial institutions,per capita GDP, the value-added proportion of the primary industry in GDP, and foreign direct investment in actual use.
