复杂系统理论视角下普通高中办学自主权落实的审思

摘要 依法依规落实普通高中办学自主权是激发学校办学活力、实现学校多样化有特色发展的必然要求。从复杂系统理论的视角看,普通高中办学自主权的落实是一项开放动态的复杂系统工程,深受普通高中教育目标、任务、受关注度的复杂性,以及政府、学校、社会之间关系复杂性的影响。落实普通高中办学自主权,必须以复杂系统理论为指导,更加注重落实的系统性、整体性和协同性策略。 Implementing the autonomy of running general high schools in accordance with laws and regulations is an inevitable requirement to stimulate the vitality of running school and realize the diversified and characteristic development of school.From the perspective of complex system theory,the implementation of school running autonomy of general high school is an open dynamic and complex systematic project,which is deeply influenced by the complexity of general high school education objectives,tasks,situations and concern,as well as the complexity of the relationship between the government,school and society.Therefore,to implement the autonomy of general high schools,we must take the complex system theory as the guidance and pay more attention to the systematic,holistic and collaborative strategies.
