高中生成长型思维对学习投入的影响:坚毅及其维度的中介作用 被引量:5

摘要 采用思维模式量表、简式坚毅量表及学习投入量表,对山东省某高中高一至高三年级共365名学生进行问卷调查,考察成长型思维对高中生学习投入的影响,并揭示其心理机制,即坚毅的中介作用。结果表明:成长型思维显著预测坚毅,并通过坚毅的中介作用间接影响学习投入;坚毅的坚持努力维度在成长型思维和学习投入之间具有完全中介作用;坚持努力在成长型思维和学习投入的中介作用在男生和女生样本中均达到显著水平。因此,提升高中生学习投入,可考虑从培养学生的成长型思维和塑造坚毅人格,特别是训练努力的持久性等方面进行干预。 To explore the mediating effect of grit between growth mindset and learning engagement of high school student, 365 high school students in Shandong province were selected to complete a survey by growth mindset scale, grit scale and learning engagement scale. The results showed that there were significant correlations among growth mindset, grit and learning engagement.Growth mindset significantly predicted grit, and indirectly affected learning engagement through the mediating effect of grit. And a full mediation effect of persistence effort was observed in the relationship between growth mindset and learning engagement. Persistence effort mediated growth mindset and learning engagement at a significant level in both male and female samples. Therefore,to enhance the learning engagement of high school students, we should consider the intervention from the aspects of cultivating students’ growth mindset and grit, especially molding their persevering.
