一种磁浮列车异常振动监测和诊断方法 被引量:1

摘要 磁浮列车对振较为敏感,车辆异常振动实时监测和诊断对于保障车辆乘坐舒适和悬浮稳定十分重要。但是磁浮列车走行结构复杂,激振源众多且具有非平稳特征,传统信号处理方法诊断效率较低。鉴于此,基于相关分析与短时傅里叶变换提出了一种多传感器时频相关系数信号处理方法。该方法采用多个传感器同步采样获得不同测点振动信号,通过计算各振动信号之间时频相关系数确定异常来源,实现车辆异常振动监测及诊断。 Maglev train is sensitive to vibration.Real time monitoring and diagnosis of vehicle abnormal vibration is very important to ensure vehicle comfort and suspension stability.However,the running structure of maglev train is complex,there are many excitation sources and have non-stationary characteristics.The diagnosis efficiency of traditional signal processing methods is low.In view of this,a multi-sensor time-frequency correlation coefficient signal processing method is proposed based on correlation analysis and short-time Fourier transform.In this method,the vibration signals of different measuring points are obtained by synchronous sampling of multiple sensors,and the abnormal source is determined by calculating the time-frequency correlation coefficient between the vibration signals,so as to realize the monitoring and diagnosis of vehicle abnormal vibration.
