摘要 由乙烯聚合反应得到的聚乙烯(PE)是一种热塑性树脂,其抗冲击、抗开裂和耐蚀性等优点被广泛应用于承压类特种设备中的埋地中压天然气管道。目前,用于承受压力载荷的聚乙烯管道熔接方式为电熔焊接和热熔焊接,作为特种设备用途的聚乙烯管道对焊接工艺要求比较高,由于聚乙烯材料的物理声学性能和电熔焊接套筒内部金属构造的影响,常规超声波探伤技术很难检测出电熔接头内部的埋藏缺陷。超声相控阵检测技术不论是定量还是定性都能准确的检测出电熔接头内部的埋藏缺陷。 Polyethylene(PE) obtained by ethylene polymerization is a thermoplastic resin. Its impact resistance,cracking resistance and corrosion resistance are widely used in buried medium pressure natural gas pipelines in pressure special equipment. At present, the welding methods of polyethylene pipes used to bear pressure load are electric fusion welding and hot fusion welding. Polyethylene pipes used as special equipment have high requirements for welding process. Due to the influence of the physical and acoustic properties of polyethylene materials and the internal metal structure of electric fusion welding sleeve, it is difficult for conventional ultrasonic flaw detection technology to detect the buried defects in the electric fusion joint. Ultrasonic phased array detection technology can accurately detect the buried defects in the electrofusion joint both quantitatively and qualitatively.
