摘要 为了研制HRB600级高强度钢筋,同时采用了合金强化(Si-Nb-V强化)、细晶强化与余热处理(淬火加自回火)三种不同的钢材强化机制对热轧带肋钢筋进行轧制,结果表明:(1)当采用合金强化时(钢材坯料中Si-Nb-V含量较高),轧制出的螺纹钢符合HRB600级高强度钢筋的力学性能,但坯料合金成本较高;(2)当采用余热处理(淬火加自回火),可能造成钢材金相不符合国家标准,且容易造成钢材无屈服平台,容易发生脆断;(3)当采用细化晶粒,对现场的设备、工艺要求难度较高;(4)当同时采用三种强化机制工艺对螺纹钢进行轧制时,轧制出的螺纹钢成本较低,且力学性能以及金相均符合国家要求。 To develop a grade HRB600 high-strength reinforcement,At the same time,three different steel reinforcement mechanisms(Si-Nb-V reinforcement),fine crystal reinforcement and residual heat treatment(quenching plus self-tempering)are adopted to roll the hot rolled cobed steel bar,The results show that:(1)When using alloy reinforcement(high Si-Nb-V content in the steel billet),The rolled rebar complies with the mechanical properties of Class HRB600 high-strength reinforcement,However,the cost of billet alloy is high;(2)When using residual heat treatment(quenching plus self-tempering),May cause the steel gold phase does not meet the national standards,And easy to cause steel no yield platform,Easy to occur in a brittle break;(3)When refined grains are used,The equipment and process requirements on site are more difficult;(4)When rolling the rebar with three reinforcement mechanisms,The rebar rolled is less expensive,And the mechanical properties and gold phase all meet the national requirements.
