墩柱预制安装施工技术研究

桥梁墩柱采用预制拼装施工工艺,墩柱在下构预制场预制完成后,用专用运输车运至施工现场进行墩柱安装,现场安装采用350t大型履带吊。预制墩柱的钢筋利用灌浆套筒进行连接,在灌浆套筒内灌注高强度灌浆料,使钢筋连接满足力学性能要求。

The bridge pier column adopts the prefabricated assembly construction technology.The pier column is prefabricated in the prefabrication yard and transported to the construction site by a transport vehicle for installation.The site installation uses a 350t large crawler crane.The steel bars of the prefabricated piers are connected by grouting sleeves,and high-strength grouting materials are poured into the grouting sleeves to make the steel bar connections meet the mechanical performance requirements.
