摘要
为解决传统顶管施工中地面变形严重,影响施工质量的问题,引入长距离顶管施工技术,并开展其在市政给排水项目中的应用研究。通过市政给排水施工中长距离顶管施工工艺流程设计、顶管施工工程注浆减摩与注浆控制、施工中的土压平衡控制,提出一种全新的施工技术。通过实例应用证明,新的施工技术在应用中能够实现对土体压力的平衡控制,减少或避免地面出现变形现象。
In order to solve the problem of serious ground deformation and affecting the construction quality in the traditional pipe jacking construction, the long-distance pipe jacking construction technology is introduced and its application research in municipal water supply and drainage projects is carried out. A new construction technology is put forward through the process design of long-distance pipe jacking in municipal water supply and drainage construction, grouting friction reduction and grouting control in pipe jacking construction, and soil pressure balance control in construction. The example application shows that the new construction technology can realize the balance control of soil pressure and reduce or avoid the deformation of the ground.
