一款双组分汽车加湿器灌封胶的开发和性能研究

摘要 通过基础胺类固化剂优先与环氧树脂反应,消耗掉小分子基础胺类固化剂,保证固化后胶体无气味产生;通过聚醚胺固化剂固化环氧树脂起到增韧作用,改善体系抗冷热冲击性能;采用50%-128+50%-E44和30%-IPDA+70%-D230组合,添加0.3%份气相硅,可在保证产品粘度和胶水在纤维管上的爬高高度控制在0.5mm;混胶后最高放热温度88℃;电导率测试数据为2US/cm;-40℃到100℃冷热冲击168h后样件完好无开裂,产品在经过3000h冷热冲击或双85老化后,剪切强度仅下降了21%,可以到达设计要求。 the basic amine curing agent preferentially reacts with epoxy resin to consume the small molecule basic amine curing agent to ensure that the colloid is odorless after curing;Curing epoxy resin with polyether amine curing agent can toughen and improve the cold and heat shock resistance of the system;The combination of50%-128+50%-E44 and 30%-IPDA+70%-D230 and the addition of 0.3%vapor phase silicon can ensure that the product viscosity and the climbing height of glue on the fiber tube are controlled at 0.5mm;The maximum exothermic temperature after mixing is 88℃;Conductivity test data is 2us/cm-After 168h cold and heat shock at 40℃to 100℃,the sample is intact without cracking.After 3000h cold and heat shock or double85 aging,the shear strength of the product decreases by only 21%,which can meet the design requirements.
