摘要
[目的/意义]旨在提出控制政府网站信息服务交互质量的有效方法。[方法/过程]运用文献分析法和访谈法构建政府网站信息服务交互性公众体验量化指标,运用实验方法修正该指标体系。[结果/结论]修正了政府网站信息服务交互性公众体验量化的环境体验、网站体验和人际交互体验三个维度以及27个指标,为后续政府网站信息服务交互质量控制奠定基础。
[Purpose/significance]The paper aims to put forward effective methods to control the interactive quality of government website information service.[Method/process]With the methods of literature analysis and interview the paper constructs the quantitative index of interactive public experience of government website information service and uses the experimental method to modify the index system.[Result/conclusion]It revised the three dimensions of environmental experience website experience and interpersonal interaction experience and 27 indicators to quantify the interactive public experience of government website information services so as to lay the foundation for the subsequent interactive quality control of government website information services.
