摘要
根据第2代基于性能的结构抗震设计理论,对结构性能、震后可恢复性及可持续性等方面分析,可实现对结构的抗震性能多维度评估。桥梁作为交通运输线上的关键节点,极易在地震作用下受损,从而导致生命交通线中断。因此,桥梁震后可恢复性越来越受到人们的重视。笔者提出了基于性能的桥梁震后可恢复性快速评估方法,对1座中等跨径预应力混凝土连续梁桥震后可恢复性进行了评估。研究表明:提出的评估方法建立的桥梁系统震后可恢复性曲线,能够十分有效地实现对桥梁震后可恢复性快速评估;由于考虑了桥梁构件地震易损性及损伤加固方法,其研究成果对于震后桥梁维护决策具有一定的工程价值。
According to the second generation of performance-based structural seismic design theory,the multi-dimensional evaluation of structural seismic performance can be realized by analyzing structural performance,seismic resilience and sustainability.As the key node of the transportation line,bridges are easily damaged under the earthquake,which causes the interruption of life transportation line.Therefore,people pay more and more attention to the seismic resilience of bridges after earthquake.A performance-based rapid evaluation method of bridge recoverability after earthquake was proposed,and the seismic resilience of a medium span prestressed concrete continuous beam bridge was evaluated.The research results show that:the seismic resilience curve of bridge system established by the proposed evaluation method can effectively realize the rapid evaluation of bridge seismic resilience.Considering the seismic fragility and damage reinforcement method of bridge components,the research results have certain engineering value for bridge maintenance decision-making after earthquake.
