摘要
为了解决零件加工效率低和柔性差的问题,设计基于RFID的智能加工控制系统。系统由西门子1500PLC、RFID系统、钻铣平台、气动等几部分组成。PLC控制器通过与ABB机器人、气动、RFID等单元的通信,控制各个机构的驱动电机或气缸零件的抓取、运输、加工,并根据RFID反馈的数据信息,选择相应的加工任务。通过现场测试,该系统能够顺利实现零件的识别和柔性加工任务,生产线运行稳定可靠,所加工的产品满足工艺要求,具有良好的经济效益。
The intelligent processing control system based on RFID is designed to deal with low efficiency and poor accuracy for parts processing. The system consists of Siemens 1500PLC, RFID system, drilling and milling platform, pneumatic system and other parts. Through the communication with ABB robot, pneumatic system and RFID unit, PLC controller controls drive motor or cylinder of each organization to grasp, transport and process parts, and select the processing tasks according to the data information from RFID. The field tests show that processing control system can achieve accurate identification and flexible processing of parts. The operation of the production line proves that the system works stably with credibility, and its prossesed products meet technological requirements with favourable economic performance.
