摘要 为保证天线在发射状态时能承受可能遭受的各种随机载荷,需在地面对其开展振动试验来验证天线结构可靠性。振动工装的成功设计是振动试验顺利开展的重要步骤。通过综合考虑大型振动工装在设计时需注意的要素,对一大型振动工装进行设计和仿真技术研究,并用试验验证的方式来证明工装的可靠性,总结了大型振动工装的设计关键点,为后续大型振动工装的设计提供参考。 To ensure that antenna can withstand various possible random loads in the transmitting state, it is necessary to carry out vibration test on the ground to verify the reliability of the antenna structure, of which a successful design of vibration fixture is an important step. By comprehensive consideration of the elements to be attended in the design of large vibration, the design and simulation technology of a large vibration fixture were studied, and its reliability was proved by means of experimental vibration. The key points of the design of large vibration fixtures were summarized, providing guidance for the design of large vibration fixtures.
