摘要
简述数字孪生的基本概念。依托数字孪生的基本知识,介绍NX12.0机电一体化概念设计器(MCD)包含的基础构件及基本机电仿真功能。通过机械手的实例进行MCD的仿真;基于OPC通过三菱PLC对MCD进行虚拟调试,检测结构设计的合理性、信号配置的正确性及各动作之间的连贯性。
Based on the basic concept and knowledge of digital twin, the basic components and electromechanical simulation functions of nx12.0 mechatronics concept designer(MCD) are introduced. Through the example of manipulator, MCD is simulated, virtually debugged by Mitsubishi PLC based on OPC, and the rationality of the designed structure, the correctness of the signal setting and the coherence between the actions are detected.
