摘要
设计合成2种具有不同氮原子取向的大分子蓝色发光材料T24Bn、T42Bn。通过光物理研究发现,这对同分异构体在甲苯溶液和薄膜状态下具有适宜的蓝色光谱;通过电化学测试发现,这2个材料具有稳定的氧化还原特性。基于T42Bn溶液加工的蓝光器件最大亮度、最大电流效率、最高外量子效率和色坐标分别为1 845 cd/m^(2)、5.09 cd/A、2.96%和(0.22,0.23),相比之下,基于T24Bn的器件结果稍逊一筹,表明分子中的原子取向对材料的电致发光性能具有重要影响。
In this paper, two kinds of macromolecular blue light-emitting materials T24Bn and T42Bn with different nitrogen atom orientation were designed and synthesized. Through photophysical study, it was found that the isomers has suitable blue spectrum, and they exhibit stable redox properties by electrochemical tests. The maximum brightness, maximum current efficiency, maximum external quantum efficiency and CIE of the solution processed blue devices based on T42Bn were 1845 cd/m^(2)、5.09 cd/A、2.96% and(0.22,0.23), respectively. In contrast, the results of the devices based on T24Bn are slightly inferior. These results show that the atomic orientation in molecules has an important effect on the electroluminescent properties of materials.
