摘要
城市蔓延是人类迁移活动影响下的产物,体现了人类对于建设用地的需求特点和聚集驱动力。研究基于卫星影像提取丽水市莲都区动态土地利用变化,综合土地变化热点趋势、建设用地规划文件、建设基础条件以及人类活动聚集驱动力要素讨论蔓延评价权重分级,结合众数滤波手段构建蔓延评价方法和可视化分析。相较于传统蔓延指数宏观量化评价手段,结合图形计算的评价方法弥补了测度值无法直观体现蔓延斑块分布趋势的局限性,更好地适应了该类扩张受自然环境制约的中小城市对土地蔓延的评估要求。
Urban sprawl is the product of the human migration,it manifests the features of human demand for land and the factors driving their aggregation. The research obtained information on the dynamic land use changes in Liandu District of Lishui City based on satellite images, discussed the evaluation weight classification by integrating heat map data, land use data, planning documents and factors driving their, based on spatial analyst tool to build the method of sprawl evaluation and visualization product. Compared with the traditional sprawl index use macro-quantitative evaluation method, this new evaluation method which integrated graphic calculation remedies the limitation, directly reflected the sprawl patches distribution and better supports the sprawl evaluation of the small or medium-size cities whose expansion is restricted by the natural environment.
