我国青少年体育培训行业的机遇、挑战与对策——基于“双减政策”背景下的分析

Opportunities,Challenges and Countermeasures of Youth Sports Training Industry in China:An Analysis in Context of “Double Reduction Policy”

运用文献资料等研究方法,对“双减政策”背景下青少年体育培训行业面临的机遇和挑战进行分析,认为“双减政策”利好青少年体育培训行业的发展。青少年体育培训行业面临的机遇有:政策机遇、市场机遇和风口机遇。同时也存在着诸多挑战:众多机构涌入,易导致其“野蛮式”增长;管理及运营相对粗放,不利于行业规范;培训场地受限,行业物质基础薄弱;专业师资匮乏,影响行业可持续发展。相应的对策有:多部门联动以加强行业监管,从业者须优化体育培训课程体系;从业者提升管理能力并着力塑造体育文化品牌;调配社会资源增加培训场地供给;把握“体教”“产教”融合机会提高师资水平。

Using literature review and other research methods, we analyzed the opportunities and challenges the youth sports training industry is faced with in the context of the “double reduction policy”. It is contended that the“double reduction policy” is conducive to the development of the industry. The opportunities include policies,market and outlets, but challenges do exist. The influx of many institutions can easily lead to its “barbaric” growth,and the relatively extensive management and operation goes against the codes of practice. In addition, limited training venues and weak material foundation are the shortages, and the lack of professional teachers affects the sustainable development of the industry. The corresponding countermeasures we suggest include: the sectors coordinate to strengthen supervision;the practitioners make effort to optimize the training curriculum system and improve their own management capabilities, focusing on forging sports culture brands;social resources are to be deployed for the purpose of increasing the supply of training venues;the opportunity of the integration between sports education and the industry are to be seized for improve trainers’ competence.
