黄河流域河南段农村污水治理现状及建议

Current Situation and Suggestions of Rural Sewage Treatment in Henan Section of the Yellow River Basin

农村污水治理是我国农村人居环境改善以及新农村建设的重要内容。基于黄河流域生态保护和高质量发展及乡村振兴的国家战略需求,本文梳理了黄河流域河南段农村水污染及污水治理现状,分析了污水收集管网建设、污水处理设施适用性、农业面源污染以及公众参与等方面存在的问题,探索了适用于本地区的污水处理模式及污水处理技术,提出了相应的建议:完善乡村地区市场融资机制、优选污水处理工艺、加强农业面源污染的防控措施、增大宣传力度和普及水环境保护教育,为流域内农村污水治理提供有效的决策依据。

Rural sewage treatment is an important part of improving rural human settlement environment and constructing new countryside.Based on national strategic demands of ecological protection and high-quality development of the Yellow River Basin and rural revitalization,this paper combed the current situation of rural water pollution and sewage treatment in Henan section of the Yellow River Basin,and analyzed the problems in construction of sewage collection pipe network,applicability of sewage treatment facilities,agricultural non-point source pollution and public participation,etc.In order to provide effective decision-making basis for rural pollution treatment in the basin,the suitable sewage treatment mode and sewage treatment technology were explored,and the corresponding suggestions were put forward:improving rural market financing mechanism,optimizing sewage treatment process,strengthening the measures to prevent and control agricultural non-point source pollution,increasing publicity and popularization of water environmental protection education.
