双排延长线插座一体式铜条的设计及产业化

摘要 传统双排延长线插座同极导电金属条电气连接采用的是锡焊导线连接方式,生产效率低,产品质量稳定性差。本文介绍了一种双排式插座导电金属条从整体设计布局、插套类型的选择和优化、模具的开发及成型工艺、测试验证、产品组装生产的整个过程。该导电条简化了双排式插座的制作步骤,提升生产效率,彻底消除了导线焊锡引起的虚焊、漏焊问题。 The traditional double row extension line socket and extremely conductive metal strip electrical connection using tin welding wire connection,low production efficiency,poor product quality stability.This paper introduces a double row socket conductive metal strip from the overall design layout,insert type selection and optimization,mold development and molding process,testing and verification,product assembly and production process.The conductive strip simplifies the manufacturing steps of the double row socket,improves the production efficiency,and completely eliminates the virtual welding and leakage welding problems caused by wire solder.
