摘要
转换器标准GB/T 2099.3-2015中14.23.2条款注2中写明:“代替相应的插头和软缆的量规,正在考虑中。”结合国外一些国家的先进标准案例,用量规替代现有的插头加软缆的方式对转换器进行附加力矩测试是行业发展的一大趋势,该方式有助于提高测试结果的一致性,亦可增加测试方法的复现性。本文以转换器为研究对象,以转换器的力矩试验为研究内容,分析了目前我国转换器力矩测试存在的问题,列举了国外先进的测试方法,探索出以“附加力矩量规”代替现有的“插头+软缆”的测试思路。并通过对转换器实际使用场景、电源线部分线路、插头等主要质量参考因素以及尺寸、材质等因素进行的综合考虑与分析,设计出一款转换器附加力矩用插头量规。
Note 2 of article 14.23.2 of the converter standard GB/T 2099.3-2015 states:“To replace the corresponding plug and cable gauge,is under consideration.”Combined with the advanced standard cases of some foreign countries,it is a trend of the industry to use the gauge to replace the existing plug with soft cable to test the additional torque of the converter,which is helpful to improve the consistency of the test results,but also increase the reproducibility of the test method.Taking the converter as the research object and the torque test of the converter as the research content,this paper analyzes the existing problems in the torque test of the converter in China,lists the advanced testing methods abroad,and explores the testing idea of using“additional torque gauge”instead of the existing“plug+cable”.By considering and analyzing the main quality reference factors such as the actual use scenario of the converter,part of the line of the power cord,plug and other factors as well as the size and material,a plug gauge for the converter with additional torque is designed.
