摘要
重力柜可作为辐射空调的补助供冷设备,为了了解其运行特性及供冷能力,采用实验与模拟相结合的方式对重力柜单独运行以及与辐射吊顶联合运行时的室内温度分布情况进行研究,并对影响重力柜供冷能力的影响因素进行研究。结果表明,当重力柜与辐射吊顶联合运行时,室内温度下降到设定温度允许误差范围内,室内垂直温差及水平温差均满足人体要求;重力柜内为单排毛细管网时,随着毛细管间距的减小,总供冷量的上升速率逐渐增大,单位供冷量逐渐减小;重力柜内毛细管网管排数对总供冷量影响最大,安装距离的影响最小。
The gravity circulation device can be used as a supplementary cooling equipment for radiant air conditioning.In order to understand its operating characteristics and cooling capacity,a combination of experiment and simulation is used to study the indoor temperature distribution when the gravity cabinet is operated alone and when it is combined with a radiant ceiling.And research the factors that affect the cooling capacity of the gravity cabinet.The results show that when the gravity cabinet and the radiant ceiling are operated jointly,the indoor temperature drops to within the allowable error range of the set temperature,and the indoor vertical temperature difference and horizontal temperature difference meet the requirements of the human body;When the single capillary network is arranged in the gravity cabinet,with the decrease of the capillary spacing,the rise rate of the total cooling supply gradually increases,and the unit cold supply gradually decreases;The number of capillary network tubes in the gravity cabinet has the greatest impact on the cooling capacity,and the installation distance has the smallest impact.
