电蒸炉开发中发现SUS304腔体生锈问题,通过近2年的研究分析测试才最终决解。测试结果打破我们的传统思维:304不锈钢不会生锈。产品供货给全球一线品牌厂家,测试条件极为严酷,满足产品老化测试3000h,寿命要求高于行业3倍。测试分析采用了多种方案进行验证,包括化学成份分析、AT冷凝水气候测试,蓝斑法游离铁测试、盐雾测试、老化测试。验证过程输出大量测试分析数据,详细的说明不锈钢腔体生锈产生的原因,解决该问题的详细理论和实际方法。问题根源是腔体顶部覆盖发热丝,老化使腔体长期处于高温高湿状态,形成电化学腐蚀,导致SUS304腔体生锈。通过取消发热丝并定期清洁腔体,彻底解决了该问题。
The rusting problem of SUS304 cavity was found in the development of electric steam furnace,which was finally solved after nearly 2 years of research,analysis and testing.The test results break our conventional wisdom:304 stainless steel does not rust.The products are supplied to the world’s top brand manufacturers,the test conditions are extremely harsh,meet the product aging test 3000h,life requirements are 3 times higher than the industry.Various methods were used to verify the test analysis,including chemical composition analysis,AT condensate climate test,blue spot method free iron test,salt spray test,and aging test.Verification process output a large number of test analysis data,detailed explanation of stainless steel cavity rust causes,detailed theory and practical methods to solve the problem.The root cause is that the top of the cavity is covered with hot wire.Aging causes the cavity to be in a state of high temperature and high humidity for a long time,resulting in electrochemical corrosion and rust of SUS304.This problem was completely solved by removing the hot wire and cleaning the cavity regularly.
