摘要
耐热共聚酯是一种具有良好加工性、广泛用于高透明片材和板材、瓶材等方面的材料,其在进行加工前一般要经过预结晶处理以减小后加工的不稳定性,因此预结晶性能对产物后续加工有很多影响。主要通过DSC(差示扫描量热法)对锗/锑复配系耐热共聚酯和锗/钛复配耐热共聚酯的热性能进行了表征,通过结晶温度变化来探索催化剂对耐热共聚酯预结晶性能的影响。结果表明:锗/锑系耐热共聚酯冷结晶温度更高,结晶速度慢,在切片预结晶过程中出现发黏现象的概率更大。
Heat-resistant copolyester was a kind of material with great processability which was widely used in the direction of high-transparency sheets,plates,bottles,etc.It generally undergoesed pre-crystallization treatment before processing to reduce the instability of post-processing.Therefore,the pre-crystallization performance had a lot of influence on the subsequent processing of the product.This paper mainly used DSC to characterize the thermal properties of Ge/Sb composite heat-resistant copolyesters and Ge/Ti composite heat-resistant copolyesters,and explored the effect of catalysts on the pre-crystallization properties of heat-resistant copolyesters by changing the crystallization temperature.The results show that the germanium/antimony heat-resistant copolyester had a higher cold crystallization temperature,a slower crystallization speed,and a greater probability of stickiness during the pre-crystallization process of the chip.
