我国公共图书馆“红色文献”开发与利用的实证研究

An Empirical Study on the Development and Utilization of "Red Literature" in Public Libraries in China

文章使用调查法、访谈法和归纳法,对我国39所省级公共图书馆“红色文献”开发与利用的相关信息进行全面搜集,从收集与整理、传播与推广、记录与评估3个层面分析并归纳总结了“红色文献”开发与利用的现状与发展困境,进而为公共图书馆“红色文献”开发与利用的未来发展提出了创新管理模式、强化品牌意识、优化推广渠道、提升馆员能力、以评估促进步等建议。

Using investigation, interview and induction, this article comprehensively collects information related to the development and utilization of "Red Literature" in 39 provincial public libraries in China, analyzes and summarizes the current status and dilemma of the development and utilization of "Red Literature" from three dimensions, which are collection and sorting, dissemination and promotion, and recording and evaluation. Furthermore, this article puts forward suggestions for the future development and utilization of "Red Literature" in public libraries, including innovating management models, strengthening brand awareness, optimizing promotion channels, improving librarians’ competence, and enhancing evaluation.
