摘要
鲜红斑痣(PWS)是一种常见的先天性血管性疾病,光动力在治疗PWS方面研究取得了较好的成效,尤其对大面积、紫红型及治疗抵抗型PWS起到了较为理想的疗效,但治疗后可出现疼痛、肿胀、渗出、结痂等不良反应。本文将综述并探讨现有光动力疗法在PWS治疗中的应用进展及优缺点,为PWS的治疗提供理论依据。
Port-wine stain(PWS)is a congenital vascular malformation.Photodynamic therapy(PDT)has been used to treat PWS,especially for large areas,treatment-resistant and purple PWS.However,PDT still caused side effects such as pain,swelling,exudation,and scab.To provide a theoretical basis for the treatment of PWS,this article reviewed the progress of PDT in the treatment of PWS and discussed its advantages and disadvantages.
