双洎河流域水生态环境主要问题及对策

Main Problems and Countermeasures of Water Ecological Environment in Shuangji River Basin

近年来,新密市坚持"绿水青山就是金山银山"发展理念,持续推进绿色生态建设,把提升水环境品质、建设"水润新密"作为打造"西美"名片、推动高质量发展的重要内容。双洎河是流经新密市域的一条主要河流,流域面积占全市总面积87%,是新密市的母亲河。因此,要解决好新密"水环境",就必须着力解决双洎河水生态环境问题,逐步完善双洎河流域水生态系统结构,稳固提升双洎河流域水生态系统整体功能。文章通过深入实地调查研究、查阅资料、走访专家,在充分了解双洎河的水资源、水环境、水生态现状的基础上,侧重分析双洎河流域目前存在的主要水生态环境问题,并尝试从系统治理的角度提出解决对策。

In recent years,Xinmi City adheres to the development concept of“green water and green mountains are golden mountains and silver mountains”,continues to promote green ecological construction,and takes improving water environment quality and building“water run Xinmi”as an important content to create the business card of“Western beauty”and promote high-quality development[1].Shuangji River is a major river flowing through Xinmi City.Its drainage area accounts for 87% of the total area of the city.It is the mother river of Xinmi City.Therefore,to do a good job in Xinmi’s“water environment”,we must focus on solving the ecological environment problems of Shuangji River,gradually improve the water ecosystem structure of Shuangji River Basin,and steadily improve the overall function of Shuangji river basin water ecosystem.Through in-depth field investigation and research,consulting data and visiting experts,on the basis of fully understanding the current situation of water resources,water environment and water ecology of Shuangji River,this paper focuses on the analysis of the main water ecological environment problems existing in Shuangji River Basin,and tries to put forward countermeasures from the perspective of system governance.
