摘要
网络环境为数字档案管理工作提供了新的方向,同时还拓宽了档案管理工作的改革路径,让档案管理工作看上去、用起来更加科学。在网络环境下,要加强对档案管理新体系的探索,基于网络环境促进档案的数字化建设,同时还要将数字档案管理质量重视起来,在网络环境下构建一个更加快速、精准、智能的档案服务机制。研究深入地分析了网络环境下数字档案管理的智能化、数字化及安全性。
The network environment not only provides a new direction for digital archives management,but also widens the reform path of archives management,which makesthe archives management worklook and use more scientific.Under the network environment,it is necessary to strengthen the exploration of the new system archives management and promote the digital construction of archives based on the network environment.At the same time,we shouldattach importanceto thequality of digital archives management,and build a faster,accurate and intelligent archives service mechanism in the network environment.The intellectualization,digitization and security of digital archives management under the network environment is deeply analyzed in thispaper.
