蒙药、康复新液、吗丁啉对大鼠盲肠切除术后肠道功能恢复的疗效研究

Study on the effect of Mongolian Medicine,Kangfuxin solution and Domperidone on the recovery of intestinal function after cecectomy on rats

目的:研究3种药物(自制蒙药、中药康复新液、西药)对SD大鼠术后肠道功能恢复的疗效。方法:实验分组为蒙药组、中药组、西药组、空白对照组,对各组SD大鼠行盲肠切除术,术后灌胃,观察并记录36 h内各组SD大鼠的首次排便时间及大便湿重。结果:与空白对照组相比,各实验组36 h内首次排便时间及大便湿重差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。各实验组组间比较,36 h内首次排便时间及大便湿重差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论:实验未出现阳性结果,对可能的原因进行分析探讨。

Objective:To study the effect of three kinds of drugs(self-made Mongolian medicine,Kangfuxin Liquid of traditional Chinese medicine and Western Medicine)on the recovery of intestinal function in SD rats after operation.Methods:The experimental group was divided into Mongolian medicine group,Chinese medicine group,western medicine group and blank control group.SD rats in each group were treated with cecectomy and gavage after surgery.The first defecation time and stool wet weight of SD rats in each group were observed and recorded within 36 hours.Results:Compared with the blank control group,there was no statistically significant difference in the first defecation time and stool wettability weight in each experimental group within 36 hours(P>0.05),and no statistically significant difference in the first defecation time and stool wettability weight in each experimental group within 36 hours(P>0.05).Conclusion:No positive results were found in the experiment,the possible reasons were analyzed.
