乡村振兴背景下民族地区产业融合问题研究

Research on Industrial Integration in Ethnic Minority Areas under the Background of Rural Revitalization

产业融合既是乡村振兴的基础,也是促进乡村振兴的必经之路。以内蒙古典型地区奈曼旗为例,研究奈曼旗的产业融合背景,结合奈曼旗第一产业、第二产业、第三产业的融合现状,选取农业与第二产业、第三产业相结合的有关数据,利用赫芬达尔指数法计算融合度,构建含二十个指标的产业融合评价指标体系,利用熵值法研究内蒙古通辽市奈曼旗产业融合发展水平,根据得到的分析结果从农业体制改革和相关政策完善方面提出建议,以对民族地区产业融合和促进乡村振兴提供经验借鉴。

Through the research on the background of industrial integration in Naiman Banner,combined with the current situation of the integration of the first,second and third industries in Naiman Banner,the relevant data of the combination of agriculture and the second and third industries are selected,the integration degree is calculated by using the Herfindal index method,and an industrial integration evaluation index system with 20 indexes is constructed,This paper studies the development level of industrial integration in Naiman Banner,Tongliao City,Inner Mongolia by using entropy method,and puts forward some suggestions from the aspects of agricultural system reform and related policy improvement according to the analysis results.
