摘要
对溶剂型木器漆中苯测定时所用试剂及仪器气相色谱条件进行优化研究。建立了气相色谱内标法测定溶剂型木器漆中苯含量的方法。该法检出限为0.002%,样品平均加标回收率在91.5%~108.9%之间,相对标准偏差为0.6%~4.3%,说明该方法具有良好的准确度及精密度。用该法对溶剂型木器漆中苯进行了一对一能力验证(测量审核)考核样品测定结果反馈满意。为溶剂型木器漆中苯含量的测定方法确立与质量控制提供了一种快捷、准确的分析模式。
It was optimized that is the determination of benzene in solvent-based wood lacquer by gas chromatography with reagents and instruments.It was established that is a method for the determination of benzene in solvent-based wood lacquer by internal standard GC.The detection limit of this method was 0.002%,the average recoveries were between 91.5%~108.9%,and the relative standard deviations were between 0.6%~4.3%,indicating that this method had good accuracy and precision.The method was used to verify the one-to-one ability of benzene in solvent-based wood lacquer(measurement audit).It provides a quick and accurate analytical model for the determination and quality control of benzene content in solvent-based wood lacquer.
