摘要
基于风险管理理论,在充分认识网售处方药的风险点及其深层次原因的基础上,从完善监管体制、落实企业责任、优化市场环境三个维度,建构起覆盖药品全生命周期的风险管理体系。
Based on the risk management theory, this study firstly had a deep insight into the risk and root reason of online prescription drug sales. It is recommended to improve the supervision system, clarify and monitor business responsibility, and optimize the market environment, so as to build a life-cycle risk management system of drug.
