工艺参数对脲基超支化聚合物改性效果的影响 被引量:2

摘要 以一种新型脲基超支化聚合物为改性剂,对低摩尔比三聚氰胺-尿素-甲醛(MUF)树脂进行改性,并对热压工艺参数进行优化,探讨脲基超支化聚合物改性剂添加量、热压温度、热压因子、板材密度、施胶量等因素对中密度纤维板性能的影响。结果表明:当改性剂添加量为2%,热压温度为185℃,热压因子为20 s/mm,施胶量为14%,板材密度为850 kg/mm^(3)时,纤维板的性能较佳。该工艺条件下中密度纤维板的结合强度及耐水性能改善效果显著,与对照组相比,内结合强度提升109%,表面结合强度提升93%,24 h吸水厚度膨胀率下降30%。 A novel ureido hyperbranched polymer was used to modify low molar ratio melamine-urea formaldehyde(MUF)resin,and the hot pressing process parameters were optimized.The effects of the amount of ureido hyperbranched polymer modifier,hot pressing temperature,hot pressing factor,panel density,and adhesive amount on the performance of fiberboard were discussed.The results showed that the best performance of the fiberboard was obtained when the amount of modifier at 2%,hot pressing temperature at 185℃,hot pressing factor at 20 s/mm,adhesive amount at 14%and panel density at 850 kg/mm^(3).As a modifier,ureido hyperbranched polymer can significantly improve the bonding strength and water resistance of the fiberboard.The internal bonding strength of the fiberboard increased by 109%,the surface bonding strength increased by 93%,and the 24 h thickness swelling rate decreased by 30%compared to control group.
