摘要 文章针对传统微生物菌落总数检测中人工菌落计数效率低、原始数据无法追溯、缺少原始数据自动化处理等问题,按照食品安全国家标准GB 4789.2中菌落总数测定方法,结合检验检测机构管理体系要求,对基于图像识别的菌落总数智能判定系统进行设计开发。该系统具备使用便捷、采集效率高、数据传输性能好、计数结果准确率高、速度快的特点,并与实验室LIMS系统融合,实时形成原始记录,能有效提高微生物实验室菌落计数的工作效率。 Aiming at the problems of low efficiency of artificial colony counting, untraceable original data and lack of automatic processing of original data in the traditional detection of total microbial colony, this paper designs and develops the intelligent judgment system of total bacterial colony based on image recognition according to the determination method of total bacterial colony in the national food safety standard GB 4789. 2, combined with the requirements of the management system of inspection and detection institutions. The system has the characteristics of convenient use, high collection efficiency, good data transmission performance, high accuracy and fast speed of counting results. It is integrated with the laboratory LIMS system to form the original record in real time, which can effectively improve the efficiency of colony counting in the microbial laboratory.
