摘要
“1+X”证书制度的实施使得职业教育再次审视现行人才培养模式的短板,需在“1+X”制度的逻辑下对人才培养方案做出改革。文章提出智能控制技术专业应拓宽专业基础课,依托专业群课程平台,培养学生的全面发展和长远发展,认清学生的个体差异,支持学生在专业上的个性化发展。校内校外、线上线下多条件支持、构建知识、专业、技能的多层次课程体系。按照工作任务组织、设计、开展教学,并进行过程性评价,使学生真正成为复合型人才。
Implementation of the “1+ X” certificate system makes vocational education re-examine the shortcomings of the current personnel training mode, and it is necessary to reform the personnel training scheme under the logic of the “1 + X” system.
