Practical research on “Internet+ group social work”: taking the work of network group of “online learning growth” as an example

互联网时代背景下,通过开展以服务大学生在线学习为主题的“在线学习成长记”网络小组工作实践活动,探索性研究出网络小组工作具有多元化服务、节约成本、易于发声、便于成果展示等优势以及活动的不稳定性,虚拟性和保密性差带来的弊端,尝试形成以小组工作为基础,网络平台为支撑的特点的网络小组工作的实践模型,证明网络小组工作的可实现性。同时,随着大众对网络办公的接受度增加,网络场域的支持,使得网络小组工作具有可推广性,为网络小组工作今后的发展提供了借鉴意义。

Under the background of the Internet era, through the practice of “online learning growth” online group work with the theme of serving college students’ online learning, it is explored that the online group work has the advantages of diversified services, cost saving, easy voice and achievement display, as well as the disadvantages caused by the instability of activities, poor virtualization and confidentiality. This paper attempts to form a practical model of network group work based on group work and supported by network platform, which proves the realizability of network group work. At the same time, with the increase of public acceptance of network office and the support of network field, the network group work can be popularized, which provides a reference for the future development of network group work.
