三元复合驱采出水处理新技术应用及展望 被引量:1

摘要 目前油田三元复合驱采出水受工艺条件、污水成分复杂等因素影响,在见剂高峰期无法稳定处理并达标,从而无法为开发提供合格的回注水。为解决三元复合驱采出水处理难题,对物化结合法深度处理技术、三元污水膜处理技术、微生物深度处理技术等三元复合驱采出水处理新技术进行了现场试验,对处理效果、处理成本、工艺复杂性等进行对比。结果表明:物化结合法及膜处理法虽可改善水质,实现达标处理,但处理成本高,相比微生物法,推广性较差;采用物化结合法及膜处理法处理污水,需要配套研究浮渣处理工艺,以提高可推广性;需要进一步研究有效、成本可控的化学处理药剂,进一步降低处理成本。 At present,the produced water of ASP flooding in the oilfield is affected by process conditions,complex sewage composition and other factors.It cannot be stably treated to meet the standards in the peak period of reagent discovery,so it cannot provide qualified reinjection water for development.In order to solve the problem of produced water treatment in ASP flooding,field tests are carried out on the new technologies of ASP flooding,such as the advanced treatment technology of physicochemical combination,ASP wastewater membrane treatment technology and microbial advanced treatment technology,and the treatment effect,treatment cost and process complexity are compared.The results show that physico-chemical combination method and membrane treatment method can improve water quality and achieve standard treatment,but the treatment cost is high and the popularization is poor compared with the microbial treatment method.In order to improve the extensibility of wastewater treatment by physico-chemical combination and membrane treatment method,it is necessary to study the scum treatment process.Besides,further research on the effective and cost controllable chemical treatment agents is needed to further reduce the treatment cost.
