Construction Technique of Large Bullet Tank Transportation and Installation in Malay⁃sia Project

在马来西亚P30A项目中,4台大型丁二烯子弹罐计划先在巴西古当(Pasir Gudang)工厂进行预制,然后整体运输到RAPID施工现场就位安装。为了顺利完成这4台非常规、大尺寸、超重型子弹罐的运输和安装就位,项目团队综合考虑了运输距离、运输载荷、运输驱动力、运输体积限制以及自行式模块运输车租赁市场成熟度等因素,经过设备选型和施工方案研讨,采用自行式模块运输车仅用4天就完成了4台3000 m^(3)子弹罐的运输和安装施工。项目实践结果表明,该项施工技术工期短,就位精度高,同时减少了大型吊装作业风险。在运输分包商成熟的国际工程中,大型卧式容器的运输和安装施工可以优先考虑采用自行式模块运输车完成运输和安装,在工期、成本、质量、安全等方面均具有明显的优势。

In the P30A project in Malaysia,4 sets of large butadiene bullet tanks are planned to be prefabricated at the Pasir Gudang plant,and then transported to the RAPID construction site for installation in place.In order to successfully complete the transportation and installation of these 4 unconventional,large-size,super-heavy bullet tanks,the project team comprehensively considered factors such as transportation distance,transportation load,transportation driving force,transportation volume limitation,and the maturity of the self-propelled modular transport vehicles rental market.After equipment selection and construction plan discussion,it took only 4 days to successfully complete the transportation and installation of 4 sets of 3000m^(3) bullet tanks by using self-propelled modular transport vehicles.Project practice shows that this construction technique has faster speed and higher positioning accuracy,while reducing the risk of large-scale lifting operations.Therefore,in an international project,if there is a mature transportation subcontractor,the transportation and installation of large horizontal vessels can give priority to the use of self-propelled modular transport vehicles to complete the transportation and installation,which has obvious advantages in terms of construction period,cost,quality,and safety.
