宏量热重分析法在辨识烟草热解特性差异度中的应用 被引量:5

摘要 为了能够更加高效准确地辨识不同烟草之间的热解差异性,提出一种基于宏量热重分析(Macro thermogravimetric analysis,MTGA)的烟丝热解特性辨识方法。该方法通过烟草的热解微分热重(DTG)数据,分析了不同部位、不同区域、不同等级、不同年份烟草之间的差异,并用均方根误差(RMSE)进行量化表征,且与热重分析技术(TGA)的差异度辨识结果进行对比分析,最终进一步验证了用于卷烟配方维护的应用效果。结果表明:在保证高效与更贴近卷烟抽吸真实状况的条件下,MTGA具有与TGA相当的辨识能力,且使用MTGA所进行烟叶替代的配方与原配方的质量水平接近,风格基本一致。 In order to identify the pyrolysis behaviors of tobacco leaves more efficiently and accurately,a method based on macro thermogravimetric analysis(MTGA)for identifying pyrolysis characteristics of cut tobacco was proposed.On the basis of differential thermogravimetry(DTG)results,tobacco leaves of different grades from different stalk positions and regions harvested in different years were analyzed and quantitatively characterized with root mean square error(RMSE).The differences identified by the MTGA were compared with those by thermogravimetric analysis(TGA),and the application of the MTGA in cigarette blending maintenance was verified.The results showed that under the condition of ensuring high efficiency and closer to the real situation of cigarette smoking,MTGA had the same identification ability as that of TGA,and the quality of substituted cigarette blends obtained via the MTGA was close to that of the original formula,and the style of the substituted blends were basically same as that of the original ones.
