摘要 一氧化氮(NO)在诊断和治疗气道炎症中具有重要作用,而诱导型一氧化氮合酶(iNOS)能在病理状态下稳定产生NO,因此相较其他合酶,研究iNOS/NO在气道炎症中的作用更具临床意义。近年来,有关iNOS与气道炎症的研究逐渐增多,但气道炎症的作用机制复杂,iNOS在气道炎症中的具体作用机制尚不明确,可能与其数量、介导的炎症因子种类及参与的通路类型不同等因素有关。因此进一步明确环鸟苷酸-蛋白激酶G、环腺苷酸-蛋白激酶A、核因子κB等通路与iNOS作用机制的关系,可为后续揭示iNOS/NO在气道炎症中的作用机制及缓解气道炎症提供一定理论基础。 Nitric oxide(NO)plays an important role in the diagnosis and treatment of airway inflammation,and the inducible nitric oxide synthase(iNOS)can stably produce NO in pathological states,therefore comparing with other synthases,it is of more clinical significance to investigate the role of iNOS/NO in airway inflammation than other synthases.In recent years,the study on iNOS and airway inflammation is gradually increasing,but the mechanism of airway inflammation is complex,and the specific mechanism of action of iNOS in airway inflammation is still unclear,which may be related to its quantity,different types of inflammatory factors and different types of pathways involved.Therefore,further clarifying the relationship between cyclic guanosine monophosphate-protein kinase G,cyclic adenylic acid-protein kinase A,and nuclear factor-κB pathways with the mechanism of action of iNOS can provide some theoretical basis for later revelation of the action mechanism of iNOS/NO in airway inflammation and alleviation of airway inflammation.
