摘要
癌症仍是威胁公共健康的主要因素之一,临床上药物治疗毒副作用大、术后易复发等缺点影响其治疗效果。近年来,气体分子在癌症进程中的生理调节功能逐渐被揭示,并在肿瘤治疗领域展现出广阔的应用前景。然而,现阶段气体疗法主要以吸入式全身给药为主,无法实现肿瘤区域气体的有效富集与释放,难以达到预期效果。随着纳米技术的飞速发展,利用纳米载体实现气体在肿瘤部位的靶向富集及精准控释成为新兴的抗癌研究方向之一,其在临床前研究中表现出良好的疗效,有望为肿瘤治疗带来新的希望和机遇。
Cancer is still one of the main factors threatening public health.Clinically,the disadvantages of drug treatment,such as large drug toxic and side effects,and easy recurrence after operation significantly affect the therapeutic effect.In recent years,the physiological regulation function of gas molecules in the process of cancer has been gradually revealed,and has shown broad application prospects in the field of tumor therapy.However,at this stage,gas therapy is mainly systemic inhalation administration,which cannot achieve the effective enrichment and release of gas in the tumor area,to achieve the expected effect.With the rapid development of nanotechnology,the use of nano carriers to achieve targeted enrichment and precise controlled release of gas at tumor sites has become one of the emerging anti-cancer research directions,which shows good curative effect in preclinical research,and is expected to bring new hope and opportunities for the tumor treatment.
