摘要
子宫内膜癌是最常见的妇科肿瘤之一,其发病率和病死率均不断升高,严重威胁患者的生命健康。目前子宫内膜癌的治疗选择有限,且患者预后较差。肿瘤干细胞是一组具有自我更新、无限增殖和多向分化潜能的细胞亚群,也是肿瘤发生发展、复发、转移和耐药的根源,同时也是导致肿瘤难治和患者死亡的重要原因。子宫内膜癌肿瘤干细胞具有高表达某些特异性生物标志物的特性,因此,确定子宫内膜癌特异性生物标志物、寻找相关的治疗靶点,对子宫内膜癌的治疗具有重要意义。
Endometrial cancer is one of the most common gynecologic tumors with increasing morbidity and mortality,which seriously threatens the life and health of the patients.Currently,treatment options for endometrial cancer are limited and the patients′prognosis is poor.Cancer stem cells are a group of cell subpopulations with self-renewal,infinite proliferation and multidirectional differentiation potential,which are the roots of tumor occurrence,development,recurrence,metastasis and drug resistance,and also an important cause of refractory tumors and deaths of the patients.Endometrial cancer cancer stem cells are characterized by high expression of certain specific biomarkers.Therefore,it is of great significance to identify specific biomarkers of endometrial cancer and discover relevant therapeutic targets.
