铁自噬及其在缺血再灌注损伤中作用机制的研究进展 被引量:3

摘要 缺血再灌注损伤(IRI)可发生在全身多个重要脏器,是诸多危重疾病及围手术期损伤导致细胞死亡和器官损伤的主要原因,但目前治疗手段仍有限。铁自噬是新近发现的一种调节铁离子代谢的特殊类型自噬,可促进铁死亡,在氧化应激、铁超载等病理生理过程中有重要作用。而铁死亡被认为是IRI中细胞死亡的重要形式,铁超载与IRI密切相关,氧化应激是IRI发生的经典病理机制。但目前铁自噬在IRI中的作用机制尚未完全阐明,深入研究铁自噬在IRI中的作用机制,有望为该类疾病的治疗提供新靶点。 Ischemia-reperfusion injury(IRI)can occur in many important organs and it is the main cause of cell death and organ injury in many critical diseases and perioperative injuries.However,the current treatment methods are still limited.Ferritinophagy is a newly discovered special type of autophagy that regulates iron metabolism,which can promote the occurrence of ferroptosis and play an important role in pathophysiological processes such as oxidative stress and iron overload.Ferroptosis is considered to be an important form of cell death in IRI,while iron overload is closely related to IRI,and oxidative stress is the classical pathological mechanism of IRI.However,the mechanism of ferritinophagy in IRI has not yet been fully clarified,further exploration of whih is expected to provide a new target for the treatment of this kind of diseases.
