唇部年轻化的研究进展

唇部老化是面部老化的重要构成部分,受内外因素影响。唇部年轻化是指通过各种方法和手段使老化的唇部恢复年轻化的外观。针对唇部老化的表现,唇部年轻化的内容主要包括容量恢复、上唇提升、口周皮肤年轻化3个方面。随着基础研究与临床研究的深入,涌现出了许多唇部年轻化方法,尤其是注射填充、肉毒毒素除皱、激光治疗等微创方法得到了广泛应用,并取得了较好的效果。目前唇部年轻化的研究尚处于起步阶段,随着大众关注度的日益增高,进一步探究唇部老化的机制及治疗手段具有十分重要的意义。

Lip aging is an important part of facial aging,affected by internal and external factors.Lip rejuvenation refers to the rejuvenation of aging lips through various methods.According to the manifestations of lip aging,lip rejuvenation mainly includes three aspects,volume restoration,upper lip lift,and perioral skin rejuvenation.With the deepening of the basic and clinical research,many therapeutic methods have emerged,especially minimally invasive treatments such as lip augmentation,botulinum toxin injection to remove wrinkles,and laser skin resurfacing have been widely used and achieved good results.At present,the research on lip rejuvenation is still in its infancy.As the public attention increases,it is of great significance to further explore the mechanism and treatment of lip aging.
