Research Progress of Centrosomal Protein 55 in Tumorigenesis and Development

中心体相关蛋白55(CEP55)可调节细胞质分裂过程,且是其中关键的调节因子。CEP55不仅在正常细胞中发挥作用,还可导致某些遗传疾病的发生,但具体机制仍需进一步研究验证。此外,CEP55还是一个促瘤因子,参与多种实体及血液肿瘤的发生发展,并影响肿瘤细胞的增殖、凋亡、侵袭以及转移等生物学行为,因此有可能成为肿瘤治疗靶点及预后评估指标。目前关于CEP55在肿瘤发生发展中的研究涉及信号通路、表观遗传学等方面,因此,进一步研究CEP55在恶性肿瘤中的作用及机制有助于理解恶性肿瘤的生物学特征,对肿瘤的诊治具有重要意义。

Centrosomal protein 55(CEP55)can regulate the process of cytoplasmic division and is a key regulator.CEP55 not only plays a role in normal cells,but also can lead to some genetic diseases,although the related mechanisms still need to be further studied and verified.In addition,CEP55 is a tumor-promoting factor,which participates in the occurrence and development of a variety of solid and hematological tumors,affects the biological behaviors of tumor cells,such as proliferation,apoptosis,invasion and metastasis,and it may become a therapeutic target and a prognostic predictor for tumors.At present,the research on the pathogenesis of CEP55 in tumors involves many aspects,such as signal pathways and epigenetics.Further study on the role and mechanism of CEP55 in malignant tumors is helpful to understand the biological characteristics of malignant tumors and is of great significance to the diagnosis and treatment of tumors.
