心率变异性与冠心病关系的研究进展 被引量:5

摘要 心血管疾病可改变和不可改变的危险因素与自主神经失衡密切相关,且自主神经功能失衡也与冠心病的发生发展密切相关。心脏自主神经功能失衡与炎症互为因果、相互促进,心率变异性在临床上是一种可以有效监测自主神经调节的无创定量指标,且与炎症反应程度联系紧密。因此,心率变异性对冠心病具有一定诊断价值,同时可对冠心病患者进行危险分层,并预测远期恶化的风险。近年搭载心率变异性的可穿戴设备,可以打破时间和空间的局限性,有利于患者的治疗及康复全周期管理。 Both modifiable and non-modifiable risk factors of cardiovascular diseases are closely associated with autonomic nervous imbalances,and the imbalances of autonomous nervous system is also closely associated with the occurrence and development of coronary heart disease.The imbalance of cardiac autonomic nerve function and inflammation are mutually cause and effect,and promote each other.Heart rate variability is a non-invasive quantitative index that can effectively monitor the regulation of autonomic nerve,and is closely related to the degree of inflammatory response.Therefore,heart rate variability has a certain diagnostic value for coronary heart disease,and it can also stratify the risk of coronary heart disease patients and predict the risk of long-term deterioration.Wearable devices equipped with heart rate variability in recent years,can break the limitations of time and space and better help to the treatment and full cycle management of rehabilitation of the patients.
