基于混合整数二阶锥规划的恢复供电策略 被引量:12

摘要 由于分布式电源和储能装置的接入,有源配电网经故障隔离后供电恢复优化问题的复杂性显著增高。针对有源配电网故障后的恢复控制问题,提出了利用联络线和孤岛划分恢复失电负荷的方案。建立多目标恢复控制的数学模型,详细描述模型中的潮流约束、分布式电源出力约束和安全稳定运行约束;利用二阶锥技术对潮流模型进行凸松弛,利用多权重法对多目标优化进行转化,将原问题转化为单目标的混合整数二阶锥模型;在决策前先建立孤岛划分方案,再将孤岛划分后的仍失电负荷作为目标函数,使恢复决策结果充分考虑联络线和孤岛划分。在改进IEEE33节点系统上对2种故障场景均给出了恢复供电方案。算例仿真结果表明,与仅考虑孤岛恢复方案相比,所提方案不仅对单点故障恢复问题能快速求解,且对于复杂多点故障恢复问题也能快速给出最优复电方案,并实现失电负荷最大化恢复供电,扩大有源配电网失电区域复电范围,从而提高有源配电网持续供电的可靠性和新能源电源的消纳水平。 Due to the access of distributed generation and energy storage devices,the complexity of power supply recovery and optimization of the active distribution network after fault isolation increases significantly.In view of the recovery control of the active distribution network after fault,this paper proposes a scheme of recovering the lost power load by line and islanding.The mathematical model of multi-objective restoration control is established,and the power flow constraint,distributed generation output constraint and safe and stable operation constraint in the model are described in detail.The convex relaxation of the flow model is carried out by using the secondorder cone technique,and the multi-objective optimization is transformed by using the multi-weight method.The original problem is transformed into a mixed integer second-order cone model with single objective.In addition,the island division scheme is established before the decision is made and then the lost power load after island division is taken as the objective function,so that the recovery decision results fully consider the tie line and island division.Finally,on the improved IEEE33 node system,the power supply recovery scheme is given for both fault scenarios.The simulation result of the example shows that compared with the isolated island recovery scheme,the proposed scheme can not only solve the single point fault recovery problem quickly,but also provide the optimal recovery scheme for the complex multi-point fault recovery quickly,and realize the maximum recovery of lost power load,and expand the recovery range of the power loss area of the active distribution network.Therefore,the reliability of continuous power supply of the active power distribution network and the consumption level of new energy source can be improved.
