基于数据挖掘技术分析针灸治疗高脂血症的经穴配伍规律

The acupoints compatibility rules of treating hyperlipidemia by acupuncture and moxibustion based on data mining technology

目的:分析中医针灸治疗高脂血症的取穴配伍规律及其共性。方法:利用Excel 2019统计出中国知网所收录的以中医针灸对高脂血症的治疗为主题的文献中的针灸处方中所涉及的腧穴,并建立腧穴基础数据库。然后应用SPSS Modeler 18.0进行关联规则分析,制作出置信度、支持度表格和关联网络图,再利用IBM SPSS 28.0进行聚类分析。结果:共检索出370篇文献,纳入文献147篇,针灸处方147个,涉及的腧穴105个,频次≥20的腧穴有18个。结论:中医针灸治疗高脂血症以足三里、丰隆、三阴交为主要针刺腧穴,取穴集中在胃经、脾经、膀胱经,腧穴主要分布在下肢、胸腹部及腰背部,可为临床治疗提供客观依据。

Objective:To analyze the acupoints compatibility rules of treating hyperlipidemia by acupuncture and moxibustion,and its common characteristics.Methods:The Shu acupoints(腧穴)involved in acupuncture prescriptions in the literature on treating hyperlipidemia by acupuncture and moxibustion in China national knowledge infrastructure database were calculated by Excel 2019,and a basic database for Shu acupoints was established.Then,an association rule analysis was performed by SPSS Modeler 18.0 in order to produce confidence support table and association network diagram.A cluster analysis was executed by IBM SPSS 28.0.Results:A total of 370 studies were retrieved,147 studies were included,with 147 acupuncture prescriptions.105 acupoints were involved,and there were 18acupoints with a frequency of not less than 20.Conclusion:The Zusanli(足三里),Fenglong(丰隆)and Sanyinjiao(三阴交)acupoints are the main acupoints in treating hyperlipidemia by acupuncture and moxibustion.The selected acupoints are concentrated in the stomach,spleen and bladder meridians.The Shu acupoints are mainly distributed in the lower limbs,chest and abdomen,and waist and back.The result can provide objective basis for clinical treatment of hyperlipidemia.
