肠易激综合征是一种临床常见的功能性肠病,其发病机制尚未完全明确,肠道菌群失调被认为是肠易激综合征的重要发病机制之一。文章就肠道菌群失调在肠易激综合征发病中的作用及中药对肠易激综合征患者肠道菌群失调的调控作用作一综述。

Irritable bowel syndrome is a common functional bowel disease. The pathogenesis of IBS has not been fully understood.Intestinal flora imbalance is considered to be one of the important pathogenesis of IBS. In this article, the role of intestinal flora imbalance in the pathogenesis of IBS and the regulatory effect of Chinese materia medica on intestinal flora imbalance of IBS patients were summarized.
