Experience of Professor WEI Yuegang in treating prurigo nodularis in the intergrative medicine

结节性痒疹为临床常见的慢性皮肤疾病,魏跃钢教授以中医理论为基础,参照西医临床及基础研究,认为结节性痒疹以“风、热(火)、痰、瘀”为主要致病因素,遂以祛风清热、化痰散瘀为基本治则,以自拟经验方为基本处方,根据现代医学对于结节性痒疹病因的认识、药理学对中药成分的研究,选择适合的中药进行组合加减,于临床取得较好的疗效。

Prurigo nodularis is a common chronic skin disease in clinical practice.Based on the theory of TCM,referred to clinical and basic research of Western medicine,Professor WEI Yuegang believes that the main pathogenic factors of prurigo nodular are wind,heat(fire),phlegm,and stasis,so the basic treatment principles are dispelling wind and heat,and dissipating phlegm and blood stasis.Taking self-made empirical prescriptions as the basic prescriptions,according to understanding about the etiology of prurigo nodularis in modern medicine,and pharmacological research on the components of TCM medicines,appropriate combinations of TCM medicine were performed on the patients,and achieved better clinical effects.
