中药活血化瘀法治疗子宫内膜息肉术后疗效的Meta分析

A meta-analysis of therapeutic effects of TCM therapy for activating blood circulation and resolving stasis on endometrial polyps after operation

目的:系统评价中药活血化瘀法和西药联合对比单纯西药治疗子宫内膜息肉术后的疗效。方法:计算机检索数据库中观察组为中药活血化瘀法与西药联合,对照组为单纯西药治疗子宫内膜息肉术后疗效的随机对照试验,对所选文献进行数据提取和质量评价,并使用RevMan 5.3软件进行Meta分析。结果:选取了11项研究,共计1078例患者。分析结果示:中药活血化瘀法和西药联合对比单纯西药在降低复发率、减少子宫内膜厚度、减少月经量、改善月经情况有效率、降低雌二醇方面,差异有统计学意义。结论:中药活血化瘀法联合西药治疗子宫内膜息肉术后的复发率、子宫内膜厚度、月经量、月经状况改善有效率及雌二醇降低均优于单纯西药治疗,值得临床进一步推广。

Objective:To systematically evaluate the efficacy of the two therapies,TCM for activating blood circulation and removing blood stasis plus Western medicine and Western medicine alone,on endometrial polyps after operation.Methods:The randomized controlled trials of treating endometrial polyps after operation by TCM for activating blood circulation and removing blood stasis plus Western medicine in the observation group,and with Western medicine alone in the control group in related databases were retrieved by computer.The data of the included literature was extracted,and the quality of the included literature was evaluated.Revman 5.3 software was used for a Meta-analysis.Results:A total of 11 studies with 1078 cases were included.The results showed that TCM for activating blood circulation and removing stasis plus Western medicine on endometrial polyps after operation was more effective than Western medicine alone in reducing the recurrence,decreasing endometrial thickness,reducing menstrual volume,ameliorating menstruation,and reducing estradiol level,and the differences were statistically significant.Conclusion:The recurrence rate,endometrial thickness,menstrual volume,the amelioration of menstruation and estradiol reduction of TCM for activating blood circulation and removing stasis plus Western medicine on endometrial polyps after operation are better than Western medicine alone.It is worthy of further promotion.
